When we create a custom scent with you, we build something that belongs entirely to your brand. The formulation is yours — proprietary, exclusive, and kept in our records indefinitely. No one else can order it. You sell it under your name at your price, and every product on your shelf is something your customers can only get from you.
YOURS ALONE
Your scent formulation is documented, archived, and held exclusively for your brand. It can never be assigned to another client. Reorder in two years and it smells identical to day one. No other shop, café, or boutique in the world carries it.

CUSTOM VESSELS
Go beyond our standard amber glass. Artisan ceramic, specialty glass, matte and colored vessels, and alternative materials — sourced and tested for your scent. Quoted per project. Adds 2+ weeks and a supplier MOQ of 48–100 units minimum.
LUXURY LABEL PRODUCTION
Out-of-house label printing in premium papers, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, die-cut shapes, and full-wrap formats. Setup from $200, per-unit from $1.50 depending on finish and run size. Adds 2+ weeks. Quoted per project.

Pre-consultation questionnaire & attend your scent consultation at our headquarters on Tennyson St.
Consultations run 1-2 hours

Choose products & submit graphics for co-branded label design; approve final mockup
1-2 weeks (bespoke adds 2+ weeks)
STEP FOUR
Your order is submitted for production
2 weeks standard lead time (holiday season adds 3+ weeks)

Your custom scent is exclusive to your brand — no one else can order it. White-label (PREMIER tier only) removes Wooly Wax co-branding entirely; 350 unit minimum applies. Priority lead times reflect best-effort scheduling — lead times may extend during peak season and for orders requiring specialty oils. Rush production is offered subject to availability (+$200). Label design assistance available (+$200). Remote consultation upgrade (+$85) adds multiple sample shipping rounds. Bespoke vessel and luxury label projects are quoted separately and subject to supplier minimums and extended lead times.
